Introduction:
Mr. Cottrill is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York Bar Association-International Section, the American Bar Association, and the American Society of International Law. He has lived, worked, and studied in the United States, Eastern Europe and Asia. Mr. Cottrill previously interned at a major Russian law firm practicing corporate law, has litigation experience as a student attorney, and published a law review article in 2011. He recently wrote his LL.M thesis on the applicability of bulk sales law in post-communist emerging markets.
