广州法制报 1986年4月2日         本报讯 3月31日下午，广东岭南律师事务所与美国包恒律师事务所，在中山大学隆重举行律师业务合作签字仪式。参加签字仪式的有：中山大学有关领导、省、市司法部门领导、美国驻广州副总领事及领事馆人员，以及广州市各律师事务所负责人等100多人。         岭南律师事务所与包恒律师事务所签订的律师业务合作协议书，为期四年，主要是互相委托办理有关律师事务，参与法律咨询活动，交流律师业务，增进了解和交往。中山大学端木正教授和美国驻广州总领事馆代表在讲话中，一直强调指出：两个律师事务所的业务合作是中美两国友好合作的一部分，也是两国人民友好交往的新发展。签字仪式友好而强烈。（陈）         【简介】美国包恒律师事务所总部设在美国加州，在纽约、香港分设有办事处。主要负责人包恒博士，是中美联合公报发表后第一位亲临中国了解我国法律、贸易政策的美国律师。随着我国实行开放政策，包恒律师事务所与1982年在广州设立了联络站，主要对我国的合作、合资、投资、贸易、专利、商标等进行咨询联络工作。
