(English) Mr Buxbaum is fluent in both oral and written Chinese. He was the first American lawyer invited to China to represent American business interests in 1972, after President Nixon’s historic visit. He founded his firms first office in Guangzhou (Canton). Subsequently, the firm opened offices in elsewhere in China and Asia. Mr Buxbaum is a well regarded expert on private international and Chinese law who, in addition to being an experienced and highly respected practitioner, has also published extensively in the law field. He has always been the primary author and reviser of the China Law Digest, Mongolia Law Digest and Macao Law Digest for the Martindale-Hubbell directory.

(English) Ms. Wu Laiping has extensive working experience and management skills developed over 20 years. She has been working in an American law firm since 1989 and managing it’s Asian Offices in over twelve locations and currently manages Anderson & Anderson LLP’s Asian Offices.
She has been active in providing services for registration of intellectual property in Hong Kong, Macau, China, and Mongolia, elsewhere in Asia and in the USA, for leading companies
